PROCESSING & SHIPPING
*Please Note All Products Have Different Shipping Times & You Can Find That Exact Time In the "Shipping" Tab Next to the Description. The Shipping Times Below Are Based On Our Average Shipping Times.*
Our warehouse process and ships out all orders Monday through Saturday (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, processing may take 1-3 business days before shipment is initiated.
US Orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. Delivery times within the US are typically within 7-14 days from the date of shipment.
International Orders may take 9-21 business days from the shipment to be delivered.

OUT OF STOCK/BACK-ORDERED ITEMS
In the event that any of your items are out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out by. If the items are not expected to be restocked within 2 weeks, we will automatically refund you for those items and apologize for the inconvenience.
Our warehouse staff works quickly, so if you notice an error please email us ASAP with your FULL NAME & ORDER # so we can try to catch your package before it is fully processed for shipping. There's no guarantee we can change it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!
If for whatever reason, you decide you are not satisfied, you can easily and quickly contact our helpful customer support to get an easy refund. We just ask that you at least give the product a 2 week try and we'll refund you, no questions!
